This is a remote position supporting a US-based company. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in their country of residence within Latin America (LATAM).

Role summary

We are looking for experienced RingCentral Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in UCaaS, enterprise voice, telephony, and RingCentral environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing, configuring, migrating, supporting, and troubleshooting RingCentral solutions in enterprise customer environments. This role requires strong knowledge of VoIP/SIP, networking, number porting, call routing, integrations, and voice troubleshooting, combined with strong customer-facing and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, administer, and support RingCentral environments.
  • Support RingCentral deployments, migrations, upgrades, and customer onboarding initiatives.
  • Configure users, extensions, call queues, auto attendants, routing rules, devices, and enterprise voice functionality.
  • Design and troubleshoot call flows and call routing configurations.
  • Troubleshoot complex voice and telephony issues involving call quality, connectivity, registration, signaling, and routing.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot SIP and VoIP communications.
  • Support phone number provisioning, porting, and migration activities.
  • Configure and troubleshoot physical and softphone endpoints.
  • Diagnose network-related voice issues involving LAN/WAN, firewalls, NAT, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and connectivity.
  • Work with customers and internal teams to identify technical requirements and translate them into RingCentral configurations.
  • Support integrations between RingCentral and third-party enterprise applications.
  • Assist with SSO, identity, CRM, API, and directory integrations when required.
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively identify potential service issues.
  • Manage technical incidents and escalations through established ticketing and support processes.
  • Collaborate with networking, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex UCaaS issues.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to customers and internal support teams.

Requirements – Must-haves

  • Strong professional experience with RingCentral in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting RingCentral solutions.
  • Strong understanding of UCaaS and enterprise telephony.
  • Hands-on experience with VoIP and SIP.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex voice and call-quality issues.
  • Strong understanding of call routing, call flows, auto attendants, call queues, extensions, and enterprise dialing configurations.
  • Experience with phone provisioning and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting number porting and telephony migrations.
  • Strong networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, firewalls, and QoS.
  • Ability to troubleshoot voice issues across network and application layers.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers and resolving escalated technical issues.
  • Strong documentation and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with networking, infrastructure, security, and application teams.

  • Experience with RingCentral MVP.
  • Experience with RingCentral Contact Center.
  • RingCentral certifications.
  • Experience migrating customers from legacy PBX or other UCaaS platforms to RingCentral.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams integrations.
  • Experience with SSO and identity platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID or Okta.
  • Experience with CRM integrations such as Salesforce.
  • Experience working with RingCentral APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience with other UCaaS or collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or 8x8.
  • Experience working in an MSP, Professional Services, or customer-facing consulting environment.
