Your Opportunity 

Stantec's Buildings team is seeking a Revit Modeler to support the delivery of innovative and sustainable buildings projects. Working closely with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers, you will develop detailed BIM models and construction documentation for projects ranging from commercial, institutional, healthcare, higher education, civic, mixed-use, and other buildings sector developments.

This opportunity is ideal for intermediate to senior Revit professionals who are passionate about digital design, collaboration, and delivering high-quality project solutions throughout all phases of design and construction.

Hours of work are casual based on client needs. 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and modify Revit models and project documentation for buildings projects.
• Produce plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and other construction drawing deliverables.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines to coordinate project designs.
• Support BIM coordination efforts and participate in model reviews and clash detection activities.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project requirements, client standards, and company best practices.
• Assist project teams in developing construction documentation from schematic design through construction.
• Perform quality control reviews to maintain accuracy and consistency of project deliverables.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows, standards, and modeling efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and technical support to junior team members as appropriate.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
