The Revenue Systems Architect will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of quote-to-cash business systems. They will manage the Salesforce architecture, oversee integrations with NetSuite, and ensure data integrity across the revenue stack.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Systems Architect to drive our overall quote-to-cash business systems design, implementation, and optimization. This is a hands-on role where you'll architect solutions, configure systems, and solve complex technical challenges directly alongside the Salesforce team. You will partner closely with Engineering, GTM, Data, and Billing & Finance Operations teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive business outcomes and scale with the evolution of our company.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary technical owner of the revenue systems stack and lead Salesforce architecture decisions, including data modeling, automation design, integration schemas, and platform governance.
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and internally developed applications, with a focus on data integrity, user experience, auditability, and long-term scalability.
Drive process efficiency and data quality improvements across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle: deal origination and contracting, pricing logic, invoicing, attribution, and revenue recognition.
Own reconciliation controls and governance frameworks across systems, ensuring Salesforce, NetSuite, and internal applications maintain a clear, auditable source of truth, and proactively identify and fix data quality or automation gaps as they surface.
Support Salesforce CI/CD, DevOps, source control, and deployment best practices.
Use AI-assisted development tools (Agentforce, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude) to accelerate your own builds, testing, and documentation, without sacrificing the review and testing discipline this role owns.
Find opportunities to drive GTM adoption and efficiency through creative use of AI-powered solutions built on top of Salesforce.
What You Bring
5+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and administering Salesforce solutions, with deep fluency in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, APIs, and security models.
2+ years experience owning Salesforce architectural decisions as a lead, including data modeling, integration and automation design, and platform governance.
Experience designing and building integrations with third party and internal systems using REST APIs, ETL tools, or middleware.
Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into well-architected technical solutions, with a focus on long-term scalability and maintainability.
Strong testing discipline and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling; comfortable writing test plans, leveraging sandboxes, running UAT, and catching issues before they hit production.
Strong written communication, particularly documenting architectural decisions and the reasoning behind them.
Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with cross functional departments.
Comfort using AI tools to move faster on Apex, Flow, and test class generation, while still owning the judgment for what is correct and production ready.
Experience replacing or restructuring legacy systems while keeping the business running
Nice to Have
Familiarity with event driven Salesforce patterns (Platform Events, Change Data Capture).
Prior experience in outcome based or other high volume transactional billing models.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect

Compensation
We carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work. The US Total Target Compensation (TTC) for this position is:
Zone 1: $157,230–$174,700 TTC (base $143,000-$159,000) + equity
Zone 2: $145,440–$161,600 TTC (base $132,000- $147,000) + equity
Zone 3: $133,650–$148,500 TTC (base $122,000- $135,000) + equity
