Coordinate with internal analytics and offshore modeling teams to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Track project timelines, flag risks proactively, and support quality review of outputs before client delivery.
  • Deck & Deliverable Development: Translate analytical outputs into clear, well-structured client presentations and insight decks. Synthesize findings into concise narratives that connect data to business implications. Maintain a consistent standard of quality across all client-facing materials.
  • Day-to-Day Client Coordination: Serve as a dependable point of contact for routine client inquiries and follow-ups. Support scheduling, prepare meeting materials, and document key decisions and next steps. Escalate issues and emerging client needs to the senior commercial lead as appropriate.
  • Internal Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Circana’s product, delivery, and enablement teams to resolve data issues, manage release timelines, and address methodology questions. Maintain strong working relationships across functions to facilitate smooth project delivery.
  • Analytics Knowledge Development: Build working knowledge of Circana’s analytics solutions, tools, and simulators across pricing, promotion, assortment, and demand. Develop familiarity with the WBHC client portfolio, including relevant category dynamics, client business priorities, and the data landscape specific to beauty, wellness, and home care.
  • Communication & Presence: Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and clients. Present analytical findings in a structured, accessible way. Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all deliverables.
