The Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst (Senior Analyst) will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Uniform Business Office (UBO) Support Contract, designing and maintaining enterprise key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards, consolidating reporting, and automating reporting workflows for enterprise-wide revenue cycle improvement initiatives across the back-end revenue cycle, spanning billing and follow-up, at more than 130 Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs). This role combines revenue cycle knowledge with advanced analytics to surface performance trends, risks, and bottlenecks, and to deliver data-driven insight that supports cost recovery, compliance, and audit readiness. The Senior Revenue Cycle Reporting Analyst works with DHA UBO leadership, MTF stakeholders, the UBO Process Action Team (PAT), and the program team to translate enterprise priorities into measurable KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that inform decision-making.
This role is contingent upon the successful award of the contract. Any offer of employment is subject to contract award and funding availability.
