About the Position

HOLY has become one of Europe’s fastest-growing beverage brands in retail. With every new market, retailer, and product launch, the complexity of managing our portfolio grows and that’s where you come in.

As Retail Product Manager, you’ll own our retail product portfolio from launch to long-term performance. You’ll sit at the center of Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations and Design to ensure every product reaches the shelf on time, performs successfully, and continuously improves throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Own Product Lifecycle Management: Lead HOLY’s retail products through every stage of their lifecycle – from launch and relaunches to SKU changes and discontinuations. Build launch roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure every product is delivered on time and ready for retail.
  • Drive Product Development & New Initiatives: Coordinate the execution of new retail products, packaging developments, and other product-related initiatives. Translate business requirements into clear creative briefs, align stakeholders on timelines and deliverables, and act as the DRI to ensure projects are executed successfully.
  • Manage Portfolio Performance & Lifecycle: Own the health and performance of HOLY’s retail product portfolio. Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, conduct post-launch reviews, and use data to continuously improve the portfolio and product lifecycle decisions.
  • Own Product Information & Governance: Ensure all retail product information remains accurate, scalable, and up to date. Maintain product specifications and documentation, coordinate packaging copy and approval processes, and continuously improve product management standards and documentation to support HOLY’s rapid growth.

About You

  • You have experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Portfolio Management, or Project Management, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, food & beverage, or another fast-paced consumer business.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments. You’re comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and driving projects from idea to execution.
  • You’re highly organized and detail-oriented. You naturally bring structure to complex projects without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • You’re analytical and commercially minded. You enjoy using data to evaluate product performance and support portfolio decisions.
  • You take ownership. You proactively solve problems, communicate early, and move projects forward without waiting for direction.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. German is a strong plus.
  • Location: This role can be fully remote, with Berlin being a strong plus for regular collaboration with the team.

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.
  1. Getting to know you with Eric: Our Talent Acquisition Manager will have a 30 minute screening interview will you, where you will talk about HOLY, the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager interview with Joanna or Ben: One of our Retail Leaders will dive a bit deeper into your experience and details of the role.
  3. Case study & on-site interview: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study. In a second meeting at our office, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions about our workspace, the HOLY Temple.
  4. Reference calls: At this stage, we’d like to connect with 1–2 former colleagues or managers who have worked closely with you. These conversations help us better understand your working style and strengths from those who know you professionally.
  5. Interview with Matze: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Matze , one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
