About the Role 

As we grow our beloved brands, we’re seeking a talented Retail Merchandising Graphic Designer to help elevate our presence across online and physical retailers.  This role will create captivating, on-brand content that drives marketing and sales goals – designing, templating, and iterating assets for marketplaces like Amazon, Wayfair, as well as our own brand stores. 

What You’ll Be Doing 

  • Design digital & print merchandising content that meets asset specs and channel best practices, including PDP banners, brand store banners, product hangtags, tear sheets, catalogs, and promo merchandising.
  • Craft engaging shopping journeys with standout design, clear copy, and compelling product education across our own brand stores and retailer partners, including Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and specialty retailers.
  • Translate briefs, technical product info, and channel insights into designs with clear hierarchy, messaging, and CTAs that drive traffic & conversion on each channel.
  • Build reusable templates to accelerate time to launch for new assets in support of new item launches, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Maintain a consistent design system and component library for all merchandising content.
  • Partner with Marketing & Brand teams on new item, campaign, and promotion roadmaps to hit launch dates, communicating timelines and progress to stakeholders.
  • Develop expert knowledge of brand and company goals, understand and follow brand guidelines, acting as a brand ambassador to ensure that all projects fit the brand style and voice.
  • Collaborate with sales team to apply retailer page and store insights, increasing glance views, store traffic and dwell time, revenue and AOV.
  • Stay current on retailer requirements, competitive trends, and creative best practices and apply them to content in the relevant channels, keeping SOPs maintained with the updated information.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, manage timelines, and communicate progress to key stakeholders
  • Develop additional print and digital marketing materials as needed. 

What You Bring To The Table 

  • Undergraduate degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training, and minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience
  • Proven in-depth understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, color theory and typography usage
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, XD)
  • Working knowledge of Figma & Canva
  • Expertise in designing for digital and print formats for ecommerce and retail merchandising
  • Print production fluency (CMYK, spot colors, dielines, bleed/safe area, paper & finishes)
  • Experience with asset management (naming, versioning, cloud libraries) and handoff documentation.
  • Understanding of accessibility (readability, contrast, alt text) and mobile-first design
  • Comfortable working in fast sprints, juggling multiple SKUs/collections, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience with retailer portals like Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Connect is a plus
