Resupply Customer Service Agent

*Remote Position

Position Summary:  

Ensure patients receive outstanding service, education, and resolution regarding PAP therapy through promoting supplies necessary to gain/maintain optimal clinical outcomes.    

Duties/Responsibilities:  

•   Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment, utilizing telephone dialing          system.    

•   Provide excellent customer service to patients.    

•   Utilize listening skills to ensure patients' needs and concerns regarding their equipment or services are addressed.    

•   Assure that all requests are handled accurately and efficiently.    

•   Educate patients on the importance of changing out supplies clinically.    

•   Suggested and insurance approved schedules.    

•   Create sales orders and confirm accuracy of items and patient demographics.    

•   Perform other duties as assigned.    

Required Skills/Abilities:   

•   Two years of customer service experience    

•   Customer oriented with excellent oral and written.  

•   Strong written and oral communication skills    

•   Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms.    

•   Self-motivated, team player    

•   Works well in fast paced professional environment    

•   Ability to work independently and meet target goals.    

•   Dedicated home office space free of distractions and noise    

•   High speed home internet    

Physical Requirements:   

•   Work time will be spent sitting approximately 90% of the time, standing and walking   

approximately 10% of the time. PC keyboarding will constitute approximately 80% of work time.
