$80K–$150K++/year (performance-based)

What You’ll Do as Our Plumber:

• Run residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls
• Diagnose issues and present repair and replacement options
• Educate customers and recommend the best solutions
• Perform high-quality repairs and installations
• Clear drains and main lines using professional equipment
• Document work using ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and equipment

What We’re Looking For in our next Plumber:

• Experience as a residential service plumber - at least 2 years
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust with customers
• Comfortable in a performance-based, commission environment
• Drain and sewer experience preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
