You will perform residential plumbing, drain, and sewer service calls while diagnosing issues and presenting repair options to customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for educating customers on solutions and documenting all work performed using ServiceTitan.

Perform residential HVAC service and maintenance tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Manage daily service calls efficiently by dispatching directly from home to client locations.
