About SteadyState Work Partners

SteadyState Work Partners is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit developing new methods to human performance, workforce participation, performance continuity, and operational excellence.

Through our Professional Development Center, Fellows contribute to real organizational work while expanding their professional experience and advancing our mission. The PDC is designed to serve both professional development and organizational development at the same time.

About the Fellowship

The Research & Evaluation Fellowship is designed for professionals with education, training, experience or interest in research, program evaluation, data analytics, measurement, statistics, psychology, public health, social science, education, human performance, or related disciplines who want to apply and expand their skills by contributing to real organizational research and evaluation projects.

Rather than asking people to volunteer their time, we create structured opportunities for professionals to continue developing their careers while helping build the systems that strengthen human continuity, improve organizational performance, and expand community impact.

When that happens:

  • The Fellow grows.

  • The organization grows.

  • The community grows.
