Role Summary
NHHRC, in partnership with REJ Solutions, is seeking a Reporting Manager to lead program-level and executive reporting across large, complex client engagements. This role ensures accurate, timely, and stakeholder-focused reporting while partnering with cost, risk, and scheduling teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage reporting frameworks, workflows, and calendars

Oversee program and executive reporting (CVSR, PDSR, dashboards)

Integrate cost, schedule, risk, and earned value data into reports

Ensure reporting accuracy, quality control, and on-time delivery

Lead and mentor junior reporting staff
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Construction, or Project Management

Experience leading reporting on large or multi-stakeholder programs

Strong knowledge of project controls, data management, and reporting tools
Preferred Skills

Power BI, Primavera P6, Visio
