Leidos is seeking a Reporting & Dissemination Lead to support CDC Division of HIV Prevention (DHP) reporting, analytics dissemination, scientific communications, and information delivery activities. This role provides leadership for the development, coordination, quality review, clearance, and dissemination of analytical products supporting surveillance, research, program monitoring, evaluation, and public health decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with analysts, epidemiologists, statisticians, engineers, and CDC stakeholders to transform analytical outputs into clear, accurate, actionable, and clearance-ready information products.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead development and dissemination of reports, dashboards, tables, figures, presentations, manuscripts, and other analytical products.
- Coordinate analytical product development across surveillance, research, evaluation, and programmatic activities.
- Support preparation of clearance-ready materials in accordance with CDC policies and procedures.
- Coordinate dissemination workflows, review cycles, approvals, and publication activities.
- Develop visualizations and information products that effectively communicate complex analytical findings.
- Collaborate with technical and program teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytical outputs.
- Support modernization of reporting and dissemination processes using cloud-based analytics platforms and automation tools.
- Assist with stakeholder communications, briefings, and executive-level reporting activities.
- Experience developing reports and dashboards within enterprise analytics environments such as 1CDP.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Informatics, Data Science, Communications, Journalism, English, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience supporting public health reporting, analytics, dissemination, communications, evaluation, or related activities.
- Experience developing analytical reports, dashboards, visualizations, presentations, or scientific communications products.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience translating technical and analytical findings for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting CDC, HHS, or other public health agencies.
- Experience supporting HIV, infectious disease surveillance, prevention, research, evaluation, or public health programs.
- Experience supporting surveillance reporting, scientific publications, technical reports, manuscripts, or public health dissemination products.
- Experience with EDAV (Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Delta Lake, R Studio, PowerBI, Tableau), 1CDP (Palantir Foundry), Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting migration from SAS to other analytics solutions (e.g., R, Python, Databricks, Palantir Foundry).
- Experience supporting CDC clearance processes and dissemination workflows.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to support reporting, visualization, content development, or dissemination activities.
- Scientific, technical writing, or public health communications experience and/or training
- Experience supporting development and dissemination of bilingual public health communications products.
- Spanish language proficiency or experience coordinating translation services for public health information products.
- Tableau Desktop Specialist or Tableau Certified Data Analyst; Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300); GISP
- Master's degree preferred.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
