We have an exciting opportunity available for a Repair Coordinator to support our Repair Department. This is a remote position open to candidates located near one of our Distribution Centres across Canada, with a preference for candidates based near our Winnipeg Distribution Centre (230 Panet Road).

As the Repair Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the Repair Manager with scheduling, documentation, and administrative coordination.
  • Prepare service documents, repair forms, technician paperwork, and trip sheets.
  • Receive, inspect, reconcile, and maintain repair parts inventory.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts.
  • Maintain department files, records, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and internal partners to support repair operations.
  • Assist with inventory reporting and parts administration.
  • Support departmental workflows while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
  • Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

What we're looking for:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, parts coordination, or an administrative support role within a service or distribution environment.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors to resolve parts discrepancies is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on inventory accuracy and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to learn inventory management and internal software systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in both warehouse and office environments.
  • Able to lift and move materials consistent with department requirements.
