·       Very Good understating on SAP System architecture and administration. 

·       SAP HANA S/4 HANA Version

·       SAP BTP Support Connection and admin

·       SAP SAC Support Connection and admin

·       SAP Netweaver Connection and admin

·       Installations & Configurations SAP Client copy administration.

·       Upgrade & Migration SAP HANA DMO & SUM

·       Transport Management for Multiple system.

·       Performance Management and EWA analysis.

·       Issue Resolutions P1 / P2 / P3  SLA understating.

·       Database Management HANA / MAXDB / OpenText / Oracle / Sybase / MySQL …

·       SAP User Administration Fiori Enablement / OData Service logs analysis 

·       Project Management

·       Team Management

·       Service Request SAP OSS / SAP ECS

·       Incidents Management Customer Tools ServiceNow

·       SAP CHaRM Management & SAP ALM

·       Problem Management

·       SAP Innovation Management on SAP HANA Database.

• System Installation: Set up servers, databases, and core SAP software.
  
• Performance Tuning: Optimize memory, adjust background jobs, and balance workloads to prevent system lagging.
  
• User Management: Create accounts and assign access roles. This is like giving out employee ID badges and keys.
  
• Transport Management: Move software changes, updates, and custom programs from testing to the live "production" environment.
  
• Backups & Recovery: Schedule routine data backups and plan for disasters to prevent data loss.
  
• Technical Skills: Experience with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL).
  
• Certifications: Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate are highly preferred.
