We're seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Veteran Benefits Specialists. In this fully remote role, you'll educate veterans, union members, and their families about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits while providing exceptional customer service and long-term support.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone.

• Educate veterans, union members, and working families on available benefit programs.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options in a clear and professional manner.

• Recommend personalized coverage based on each family's needs.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Provide ongoing policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and client support.

• Build long-term relationships through trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.

• Participate in weekly coaching, leadership development, and ongoing professional training.

Who We're Looking For

Experience in military service, customer service, healthcare, education, banking, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or community service is welcomed—but not required.
