Remote Setter

Role Overview

You're the bridge between a cold or curious lead and a closer who can actually help them. You're either reactivating old leads sitting in our database or reaching out to people who've already raised a hand — downloaded a guide, hit a lead magnet, or registered for a webinar. Your job: get them on the phone, qualify them, get them excited, and book them with a closer. This role is built for someone hungry to put in the work and grow - strong performance here opens the door to bigger opportunities on the team. This is a 1099 commission-only position.

What to Expect

• Putting in minimum 30 hours/week, US hours are the people who get best results 
• 100–150 dials a day, plus running email and text workflows to keep leads warm
• You own the full nurture - from first contact to the moment they show up to their meeting
• Daily posts in the setter Slack, coaching & weekly call reviews

Target Metrics & Earnings

• Target: 75 qualified meetings/month, $50K cash collected/month
• Commission only: 5% of cash collected + $25 per booked, qualified meeting
• Hitting target = roughly $4,500/month
• Our top performer consistently brings in $7,500/month

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience (appointment setting, SDR/BDR, inside sales, or call center roles all count)
• Highly organized: you keep your CRM, pipeline, and follow-ups clean without being reminded
• Self-motivated and driven by results, comfortable in a commission-only structure where effort directly drives earnings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and text outreach
