Position Overview Booker DiMaio is building a technical support team for a newly awarded Internal Revenue Service contract supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. We are seeking a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Administrator - Power Platform to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of SharePoint Online and related Microsoft 365 capabilities. The position will work across organizational sites, pages, web parts, workflows, libraries, forms, content management, and Power Platform capabilities, while supporting secure and reliable day-to-day operations.
Security / Eligibility Requirements
U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency from the date of legal entry as an LPR.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain IRS staff-like access and successfully complete the required Moderate Risk background investigation and security screening process.
Background investigation and onboarding requirements will be initiated following selection.
Must successfully complete applicable IRS personnel-security requirements, including fingerprinting, security training, and related screening requirements.
IRS staff-like access is subject to applicable IRS eligibility and suitability requirements and must be maintained for the duration of the engagement.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated professional experience supporting U.S. Federal Government programs or federal government customers.
Strong experience administering and supporting SharePoint Online.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and services.
Experience with SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, workflows, libraries, and permissions.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-support skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and compliance considerations.
