The Job

As a Frontend Developer, your main goal is to build modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications using AI as a core part of how you work. The foundation is solid engineering: you bring strong programming fundamentals, problem-solving instincts, and a sense of UI craft to deliver maintainable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Build modern, responsive web applications
• Design scalable, maintainable component architectures
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, other developers, and QAs in multi-disciplinary projects
• Review, refactor, and maintain clean codebases, both yours and AI-generated
• Ensure quality, accessibility, and performance across devices and browsers

What You Bring To The Team

Must Have Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer
• Deep JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals. You understand the language, not just a framework.
• Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, Svelte, Angular; we don't have a preference). You understand component architecture, state, and rendering models well enough to pick up another stack.
• Strong programming fundamentals and architecture intuition. You can reason about codebases you didn't write, debug unfamiliar code, refactor with intent, and recognize when something needs structural rework rather than a surface-level patch.
• Real, daily experience using AI tools in your development work.
• Strong HTML and CSS with a sense of UI craft: accessibility, responsive layouts, design system thinking. You can tell when a component is technically working but structurally or visually wrong.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Unit and end-to-end testing experience.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Good written and spoken English in communication.
