Remote Sales Coach – B2B Sales Performance

Business Development Associates (BDA) · Remote (U.S.)

$75,000–$95,000 base salary, depending on experience · Fully remote · Structured 30-day onboarding

Most sales managers coach from memory. A gut feel about who's slipping, a pipeline review when there's time, a pep talk when the month looks short.

You already know that doesn't work. What you may never have had is the system that replaces it.

At BDA, every coaching call is prepped from real data, run on a structured worksheet, analyzed afterward, and connected to a dashboard that ties every behavior to the revenue it produces. Your job is to use that system to make salespeople measurably better, week after week.

The job in one sentence

You coach restoration-industry salespeople who've completed BDA's sales training, and you turn that training into sustained field performance through disciplined weekly coaching.

What the system gives you

•      Prep before every call. About 15 minutes on revenue vs. goal, the rep's written sales plan, their CRM pipeline and last week's commitment. You never start from a blank page.

•      Tiered worksheets. Every rep is placed as New Rep, Steady or High Performer based on revenue vs. goal, and rated green, yellow or red on activity. The tier sets the structure of the call; the color tells you where to look first.

•      AI-assisted call analysis. Every coaching conversation is analyzed against our selling model. You get what went well, what to change, and your to-dos.

•      A development profile for every rep. Progress, sticking points and open commitments carry forward, so coaching builds instead of resetting.

•      One connected dashboard. Leading activity, pipeline and conversion, all laddering up to revenue.

What a week looks like

•      Run a weekly kickoff to set the week for your reps.

•      Hold a one-on-one with each salesperson — opening on last week's commitment, before the numbers.

•      Review progress against the sales plan: enough activity, and skillfully done.

•      Spot-check three deals in the CRM — the biggest or the most stalled — and leave a next action on each.

•      Diagnose the real constraint when a ratio is off: skill, will or fit.

•      Give every rep one specific strength and one thing to work on, and role-play with newer reps.

•      Close every call with a firm commitment, and follow up on it next week.

Who fits this seat

Someone who has managed or coached salespeople and wants to do it with rigor. You're comfortable with direct conversations, you read people well, and you'd rather trace a missed number to the behavior behind it than lecture about the number itself.

You also expect to be coached yourself. Your coaching is reviewed weekly, client by client.

What success looks like

Your reps ramp on schedule, sit in the right tier and stay in the green. Commitments get kept. Pipelines are current. Revenue rises because the behaviors underneath it improved.

Why BDA

BDA's methodology draws on Sandler, SPIN, Ries & Trout, Blue Ocean Strategy, Daniel Pink, Dave Kurlan and Dale Carnegie. It's built for one thing: making restoration salespeople consistent top performers. You won't be inventing a coaching program. You'll be running a proven one at a high level.

If you've wanted to coach with real structure behind you, apply today with your resume.

Requirements

Experience we're looking for

•      A track record of success in B2B sales, ideally consultative and referral-driven. Five or more years is ideal.

•      Coaching, mentoring or sales-management experience is valued — or a clear aptitude and willingness to develop it quickly.

•      Familiarity with a defined sales methodology such as Sandler or SPIN is a strong plus.

•      Comfort with CRM platforms and AI-assisted analysis tools.

•      Restoration-industry experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Benefits

The details

•      Base salary: $75,000–$95,000, depending on experience

•      Location: Fully remote (U.S.)

•      Portfolio: 15–20 salespeople across the continental U.S., at a variety of client companies

•      Reports to: BDA President

•      Onboarding: 30 days on BDA methodology, client systems and your rep portfolio

•      Support: Methodology training, coaching tools, the AI-assisted coaching signal system and ongoing development
