Remote Order Entry/Typist Clerk

Notchwood Landscape, a leading specialist in customised landscape design, installation, and maintenance, is seeking a meticulous and efficient Remote Order Entry/Typist Clerk. This is a full-time remote position ideal for a highly organised individual dedicated to providing crucial administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily operations by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client orders and company documents, contributing directly to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input client orders, project specifications, and material requests into our company database.
• Transcribe, format, and type a variety of documents, including project proposals, client correspondence, and internal memos.
• Review data for errors or discrepancies, performing regular checks to ensure complete data integrity.
• Maintain and organise digital filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
• Liaise with internal teams to clarify information and resolve any queries related to orders or documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and spreadsheets as directed.
• Provide general administrative support to the wider team to ensure a smooth operational workflow.

Qualifications
 

• Proven experience in a data entry, order entry, or typist role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the landscaping or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
