What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing clients through phone calls, email, text, and virtual appointments.

• Explain insurance products and available benefit options clearly and professionally.

• Answer client questions and follow up on inquiries.

• Maintain accurate client information and policy-related records.

• Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and coaching sessions.

• Work toward established service and performance goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A dependable, organized, and self-motivated approach to work.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and virtual meeting platforms.

• A willingness to learn insurance products and develop client-service and sales skills.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Willingness to obtain the required Life and Health Insurance license.

No previous insurance experience is required. Candidates who are new to the industry are encouraged to apply.
