Remote Operations & Growth Director

We are an expanding direct-response enterprise seeking a disciplined, self-directed corporate leader or former manager to oversee account evaluation, partner intake, and pipeline execution.

This is a high-autonomy, performance-driven role designed for experienced professionals looking to transition away from traditional corporate caps, office politics, and 60-hour workweeks into a leveraged, flexible operating model.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-screened 1-on-1 qualification and vetting interviews with inbound applicants.
• Evaluate prospect alignment using our direct-response partner criteria.
• Onboard new strategic partners and implement our standardized business duplication playbooks.
• Maintain accurate lead tracking and pipeline updates within our CRM platform.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Leadership, Sales, Consulting, or Account Management.
• Strong track record of self-governed work, executive communication, and decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment (15–20 hours/week focused execution).
