Remote Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive remote Marketing Assistant to become a long-term member of our team.

We're not looking for someone who simply completes tasks. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinks ahead, has excellent attention to detail, and wants to help our business grow.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants a long-term career, not just another freelance job. We invest in our team and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for many years.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Executing marketing campaigns, you’ll work with one of our directors who will provide strategy, you will have input.
• Providing creative direction for email campaigns and social media content
• Creating professional graphics in Canva
• Creating and sending email campaigns in Kajabi
• Creating automated email sequences
• Posting and scheduling social media content across all platforms
• Sending manual emails and messages when required
• Creating and updating website pages
• Creating and operating outbound messaging campaigns (on various platforms).

Requirements

Skills & Experience

It is essential:

• You have excellent written English skills.
• Can create marketing campaigns using Kajabi, Canva or similar platforms
• Are competent in basic graphic design

The following skills and knowledge are helpful:

• Email marketing
• Social media management and scheduling
• Website content editing
• Google Workspace
• Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Fast response times to business emails and messages
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Copywriting
• AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
• CRM software
• Project management software
• Marketing automation
