Green Ductors is a growing HVAC company serving residential and commercial clients throughout New York. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Sales Manager to lead, develop, and optimize our sales team while driving revenue growth and improving sales performance.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment, enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals, and has the ability to build accountability, structure, and consistency across the sales organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve company revenue goals.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline activity, and overall sales performance.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and accountability meetings.
• Improve sales processes, scripts, follow-up procedures, and workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, marketing, and leadership teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
• Review opportunities, estimates, and proposals to maximize close rates.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, reporting consistency, and proper pipeline management.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
• Provide leadership with regular sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing a sales team.
• Proven ability to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales analytics.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage remote teams and maintain accountability.
• HVAC, home services, construction, or related industry experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• HVAC industry experience.
• Experience managing inside sales and appointment-setting teams.
• Experience creating KPIs, scorecards, sales processes, and accountability systems.
• Strong understanding of lead management and sales pipeline optimization.
Schedule
• 45 Hours Per Week
• Monday – Friday
• 9 Working Hours Per Day
• 1-Hour Unpaid Lunch Break
