The Senior Production Analyst researches, analyzes, designs and maintains computer systems in support of talent administration and projects. Continually monitors information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems. Recommends new equipment or software in support of talent objectives. Provides ongoing training for caregivers regarding network issues and software modules. Provides ongoing troubleshooting for user and communicates with appropriate vendors to ensure optimal system performance. Acts as the System Administrator & back up for Talent related software. Responsible for system and database maintenance, troubleshooting, data integrity, and report automation/ generation.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in determining Talent and organizational needs for Talent related software implementation or upgrades.
  • Designs and builds system specifications and works with TS staff or vendor as necessary to implement. Develops test scripts and coordinates department testing of system changes/ implementations and maintains results.
  • Researches new technologies and vendors to determine if market products match organizational needs and budgets and presents options and costs to management.
  • Develops and manipulates reports and query’s to gather measurement information. Ensures database completeness and integrity.
  • Works with TS staff to identify other systems to interface with and programming changes needed to link systems together.
  • Writes and installs program to convert data onto new system or manages data input into system.
  • Trains Talent Service Line and organization staff on system access and utilization. Develops appropriate training material.
  • Develops and maintains security matrix for system(s) access.
  • Recommends system design changes and upgrades based on efficiency of current system and user needs.
  • Ensures data quality and integrity is maintained in the system which includes data auditing, table and data maintenance, report development, security maintenance and user training/consultation.
  • Collaborates with third party vendors for implementation, troubleshooting, and contract oversight.
  • Researches costs for development, implementation and maintenance of systems for presentation to management.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree - Degree required. {prefer to have degree in Human Resources or Technology} - Required
  •  


Work Experience

  • 3 Years - (experience in Human Resources or Technology preferred) - Required
  • prior experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access database, and Internet - Required

  • Travel to off-site locations may be required. - Required

 

Remote States: Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time.

Essential Technical/Motor Skills

  • Input data using keyboard, light pen and Touchscreen.
  • Reading comprehension, Hand-eye coordination.
  • Demonstrates an excellent working knowledge of hardware systems and architecture.
  • Identifies and understands the different hardware components used by the hospital

  • Able to effectively communicate with applicants, hiring managers, and caregivers and project positive image over the phone and in person.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service to our customers and be a team player.

  • Moving, walking, balancing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, reaching, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and restraining.
  • Must travel throughout the Mosaic Life Care complex to meet with users in their environment.
  • Some light lifting or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Perform basic math functions, manipulate numbers, and process information accurately.
  • Comprehend, explain and understand interpretation of policies effectively.
  • Must have good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with many interruptions, distractions, and deadlines.
  • Able to perform data analysis and interpretation. Performs query’s and report development.
  • Ability to produce graphs and charts.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Problem solving ability.

Essential Sensory Requirements

  • Visual skills required locating files in alphabetical and numerical order.
  • Skills needed to communicate with customers by phone and in person.
  • Use phone and one-on-one communication to speak to applicants and caregivers.
