This is a remote position.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role blending client account management, growth strategy, and light analytics. You will act as a Client Lead, Strategic Advisor, and Project Manager, armed with a strong understanding of paid acquisition.
Please note: You will NOT execute media buying. Instead, your focus will be to:
● Own and nurture client relationships.
● Drive growth strategy across paid channels.
● Coordinate effectively with media buyers and creative teams.
● Turn complex data into clear, actionable next steps.
● Ensure clients consistently hit KPIs across CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, etc.
● Keep communication structured, proactive, and highly consistent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Ownership
● Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 6–10 clients.
● Lead weekly strategy calls with clarity, confidence, and direction.
● Maintain exceptional client satisfaction, retention, and transparency.
● Identify potential risks early and manage client expectations professionally.
2. Paid Acquisition Strategy
● Build and maintain monthly and quarterly growth plans for each brand.
● Translate client business goals into actionable media and creative strategies.
● Evaluate campaign performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, landing pages, and funnels.
● Work closely with media buyers to refine targeting, budgets, bid strategies, and scaling paths.
● Advise clients on offer structures, funnel optimization, landing pages, and the overall customer journey.
3. Creative Strategy
● Provide data-driven and market-insight-led creative direction.
● Develop new angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks.
● Brief creative teams accurately and monitor performance every week.
● Drive iteration cycles to identify "Hero" creatives and scale them effectively.
4. Reporting & Analysis
● Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports.
● Combine platform data, UTMs, and attribution tools to form a clear, accurate narrative.
● Highlight opportunities, inefficiencies, and clear next steps.
● Build strategic recommendations tied directly to the client's growth KPIs.
5. Internal Leadership & Project Management
● Coordinate execution seamlessly across media buying, creative, and operations teams.
● Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met on time and to standard.
● Continuously improve internal SOPs, processes, and communication workflows.
What Great Looks Like
The ideal candidate:
● Has 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, account management, or growth strategy roles.
● Possesses a deep understanding of paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google) - while you won't execute daily, you must be fully capable of evaluating execution quality.
● Communicates exceptionally clearly and professionally.
● Has a proven ability to synthesize complex data into simple, actionable insights.
● Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and project management skills.
● Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
