About the Role

As a Remote Growth & Client Success Associate, you'll work directly with clients while developing communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills in a collaborative virtual environment.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Build positive, long-term client relationships through exceptional service

• Answer client questions and provide guidance regarding available benefit programs

• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications

• Collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
