What You’ll Do

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients to identify their financial priorities and objectives
• Explain financial concepts and available products in a clear, accurate, and understandable manner
• Help clients review financial services and product options based on their needs and eligibility
• Establish and maintain positive, professional client relationships
• Coordinate appointments, client conversations, and follow-up communications
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and related activities
• Participate in scheduled training, professional education, and coaching
• Complete required licensing procedures and continuing education, as applicable
• Follow organizational policies, industry guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards
• Manage individual responsibilities while maintaining communication with team members and leadership
