Remote Executive Assistant

GoldEagleAuctions is a leading online auction and liquidation company specialising in the sale of consumer goods, electronics, tools, home items, and surplus inventory. We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our senior management. This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility of either Full-Time or Part-Time hours. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and maintain complex diaries and schedules for senior executives, arranging appointments and meetings.
* Coordinate all aspects of virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking minutes when required.
* Handle and screen incoming correspondence, emails, and calls, drafting responses and redirecting enquiries with professionalism.
* Prepare, proofread, and format internal and external documents, including reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
* Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal colleagues, clients, and other external partners.
* Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all business and personal matters.
* Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and managing information systems.
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and research tasks as needed to support the company's objectives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role.
* Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
* Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
* A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate needs.
