Remote Entry-Level Travel Planner

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Travel Planner to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences, from leisure vacations to group trips. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, cruises, and tours

• Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget

• Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to ensure quality travel experiences

• Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments

• Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process

• Stay up to date on travel trends, policies, and industry updates

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree a plus)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer service-oriented with attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable using computers, online booking tools, and social media
