REMOTE, DAYSHIFT - 2 Post Support (Audio Visual/AV Company)

Job Title: Post Support – Audio Visual (AV) Company

• One Post Support Mon-Thurs 12 hours per day (48 hours)
  
• One Post Support Friday-Sunday 12 hours per day (36 hours)
  

Rate: 9AUD/hour

Job Summary

This role ensures client satisfaction by handling post assistance and other related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and software.
  
• Respond to support tickets, service calls, and client inquiries in a timely manner.
  
• Coordinate with installation technicians, engineers, and project managers to resolve post-project issues.
  
• Schedule and track warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance requests.
  
• Maintain accurate service records and support logs.
  
• Ensure all post-support activities meet company quality standards and client expectations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

·        Good to have but okay with minimal experience since client will provide script

o   Experience in audio visual support, technical support, or related AV role.

o   Basic to intermediate knowledge of AV systems (sound systems, displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing tools).

o   Familiarity with troubleshooting AV hardware and software.

• Strong communication and Experience
  
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
  
• Willingness to provide on-site or remote support as needed.
  

• Experience supporting live events, corporate AV installations, or commercial projects.
  
• Knowledge of networked AV systems and basic IT networking.
