Ready- Contractors is seeking a meticulous and highly organised individual to join our team as a **Remote Data Entry** specialist. The salary for this position ranges from $35,000 to $78,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

* Accurately input and update data from various sources into our company's databases and digital systems.
* Perform regular checks to verify data accuracy and completeness, ensuring it aligns with source documents.
* Identify, review, and correct any data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
* Maintain and manage electronic filing systems to ensure information is organised and easily accessible.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested.
* Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
* Assist with other administrative and data management tasks as required to support the team.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with the construction industry would be considered an advantage but is not essential.
