Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative / Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support experience. Your primary duties will include:

 

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries received via email, telephone, and our online support portal.
  • Providing clear, concise, and accurate technical support and troubleshooting for Ohmium's green hydrogen solutions.
  • Efficiently identifying, diagnosing, and resolving customer issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate senior support teams in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining meticulous and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Developing a deep and comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of our internal knowledge base and customer-facing support documentation.
  • Proactively gathering customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic telephone manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Management) and CRM systems.
  • A high degree of computer literacy and experience with remote support tools.
