Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Benefits Consultant to help individuals and families better understand insurance options that may support their financial protection goals. You will work from home, connect with prospective clients through warm leads, and conduct virtual needs-based appointments.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided warm leads

• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments

• Complete needs-based conversations to understand client priorities

• Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage, benefits, and available services

• Provide timely follow-up and maintain professional client relationships

• Keep accurate records of client communication

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
