Job Overview
Ready Contractors, Inc., a trusted construction services company serving the eastern North Carolina community since 1969, is seeking a professional and dedicated Remote Call Center Operator to join our team. This is a FULL_TIME, fully remote position. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless communication experience. You will play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service by efficiently managing client enquiries and supporting our operational teams. The offered salary for this position is $93,500 - $150,340 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries regarding our services, project status, and billing.
* Schedule appointments, site visits, and service calls for our field-based teams.
* Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
* Identify and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems to the relevant department when necessary.
* Provide administrative support to project managers and other staff as required.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services to provide accurate information to clients.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent service standard.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a call centre or customer service role is essential.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.
* Strong active listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
* Previous experience in the construction or a related trade industry would be a significant advantage.
* Familiarity with dispatching or scheduling software is desirable.
