Responsibilities


As a Remote Billing Specialist, your primary duties will include:


 

  • Creating, managing, and issuing accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Processing payments, tracking transactions, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial records are up-to-date.
  • Investigating and resolving any billing discrepancies or client enquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintaining and updating client records with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed billing reports for internal review.

Qualifications
