Position Overview

AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Client Support Representative to guide clients through important insurance conversations from the comfort of home. You will work with prospective clients who have requested information, conduct needs-based virtual appointments, and help explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options.

This is a client-facing opportunity for candidates who value flexibility, training, personal growth, and service-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using warm leads

• Schedule virtual appointments and complete timely follow-up

• Conduct needs-based reviews to identify client priorities

• Explain available insurance products and benefits

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
