AO Globe Life is hiring Insurance Customer Advocates to work remotely with clients and help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You will have the opportunity to build relationships, educate clients, develop professional sales skills, and earn based on your performance.

How You’ll Contribute

• Work with warm leads provided by the company

• Schedule virtual appointments with prospective clients

• Conduct client needs reviews

• Explain insurance coverage in a clear, respectful manner

• Follow up with clients and answer questions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
