Remote Appointment Setter — Off-Hours Coverage

HYROS is hiring a remote setter to cover inbound demo-call leads outside our core 9am–5pm ET window — evenings, nights, and weekends — so leads that come in after hours get the same fast response our daytime leads get.
What you’ll do:

• Respond to new leads within a 2-minute target (5-minute hard ceiling) during your coverage window — this is the single most important part of the role

• Run a short qualifying call (5-10 min) confirming budget/authority/current ad tracking/pain points/urgency before handing off to a closer

• Log every touch in HubSpot in real time — this isn’t optional, your performance is tracked live on a dashboard

• Work leads across our Direct, Agency, and Affiliate funnels

• Exercise judgment on obvious spam/test entries vs. real leads

• Follow up with leads who didn’t provide a phone number via email/SMS

• Based anywhere, but able to reliably cover a defined off-hours block (exact hours TBD based on lead volume by time zone — flexible availability is a plus)

• Comfortable on the phone with strangers, fast-paced, high volume

• Reliable internet/phone setup — you need to be reachable like a 911 dispatcher during your shift, not “on call”

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, not required

• Comfortable being measured on hard numbers: response time, connect rate, confirmation rate — this is a performance role, not a checkbox role

• HubSpot familiarity a plus, not required
