About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Representative to assist individuals and small businesses in exploring tailored financial solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a reliable point of contact—helping clients understand their options, navigate next steps, and build lasting relationships. Core Responsibilities
  • Connect with new and prospective clients through outreach and follow-ups
  • Learn about each client’s financial goals and challenges
  • Present solutions that align with their needs and objectives
  • Assist clients through onboarding and product setup
  • Maintain detailed client information and activity logs in CRM tools
  • Provide ongoing support through regular check-ins and service updates
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • A proactive, client-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in customer service, account support, or sales is a plus
