This position is Career Level 17S & Home Based with a Role Classification of Fully Remote.
Brief Role Description
Support the NAR Remarketing team administration and documentation related activities required to facilitate the transportation and disposal of vehicles through direct dealer & auction sales. This role will be responsible for notary, vehicle title, Power of Attorney and insurance related tasks. The Remarketing Support Coordinator-US will also support the lease buyout audit process through auditing of retail contracts and dealer contact on audit activities.
Responsibilities within this Role
Documentation & Administration (70%)
- Manage receipt, storage, sign-off and delivery of remarketing titles, including titles for vehicles on loan, manufacturer buybacks and specialized sales
- Manage Power of Attorney for physical auctions and Dealer Service Loaner packages
- Facilitate notary activities to support the remarketing sales and Dealer Service Loaner programs
- Process annual in-transit plate renewals
- Work with local DMV as needed to complete title and Power of Attorney documentation
- Manage Dealer Service Loaner insurance claim documents
- Support the Program Management team with IT projects and access audits
- Manage the Splunk process for data validation
Dealer Services (30%)
- Facilitate Employee Vehicle Purchase program
- Assist with lease buyout audits to ensure customer’s lease contracted rates are adhered to
- Perform outbound calls to dealers to obtain necessary documents related to lease buyouts
- Participate in the performance of other duties and projects as assigned by the Project Management Lead
Qualification requirements

1-3 years wholesale automotive or related automotive finance experience

Required Education:
- High School Diploma
