Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Reimbursement Specialist, Payment Poster working from your home office located in the USA, with a start date of February 23, 2026.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Reimbursement Specialist, Payment Poster

This individual is responsible for accurately posting and balancing payments, adjustments, and insurance remittances related to laboratory insurance claims. The role also involves communicating with patients and clinician offices regarding outstanding balances, generating patient statements, and producing client invoices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong receipt posting and collections skills to meet or exceed established productivity goals. Primary responsibilities include the accurate and timely posting of receipts and other financial transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, assisting department leadership with month-end reconciliation activities, retrieving remittance advice from all available sources such as clearinghouses, payer portals, paper, and fax, and reviewing EOBs, electronic remittance advice, and denial letters to assign appropriate ANSI codes and take required action within the billing system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience collaborating with patients, providers, and insurance plans throughout the revenue cycle.
• Typing speed of 35 or more words per minute, with 90% or greater accuracy.
• One year's minimum experience in a Reimbursement Specialist role with one company.
