Regional Technical Specialist, Dental APAC

Location: Pune India

Reporting to: Technical Team Leader, APAC

About the Role

Stratasys is seeking a highly motivated Regional Technical Specialist, Dental APAC to provide advanced technical support and application expertise across our growing Dental business. This role partners closely with customers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure successful product deployment, technical issue resolution, and customer satisfaction throughout the APAC region.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset and is passionate about helping customers maximize the value of industry-leading 3D printing solutions.

What You'll Do

Technical Support & Customer Success

  • Serve as the senior technical expert for complex product, application, and system issues across APAC.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and corrective actions for customers and channel partners.
  • Lead root cause investigations and drive timely resolution of escalated technical cases.
  • Support strategic customer installations and key account deployments.
  • Deliver technical training to customers, distributors, and service partners.

Distributor & Partner Enablement

  • Act as the technical lead for regional distributors and channel partners.
  • Build technical capabilities through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure consistent service quality and alignment with Stratasys technical standards.
  • Help partners improve customer support effectiveness and operational excellence.

Product & Application Expertise

  • Develop deep expertise in Stratasys technologies, applications, materials, and workflows.
  • Support customers in optimizing their use of Stratasys solutions and applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer experience.
  • Participate in new product introductions, beta programs, and technical projects across the region.

 

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience providing technical support, field service, application engineering, or customer support in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across global teams.
  • Business proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the Dental, Medical Device, Additive Manufacturing, or 3D Printing industries.
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary systems involving hardware, software, electronics, networking, and materials.
  • Experience delivering technical training and customer enablement programs.
  • Familiarity with industrial or professional 3D printing technologies is highly desirable
