We're commercially active, internationally expanding, and backed by a clinical story that sells itself to the right physician. What we're building now is the regional sales infrastructure to match.



The Role

This is a territory ownership role for a specialty diagnostics or advanced lab rep who already has the relationships. You will build and manage a portfolio of physician clinic partners across longevity practices, integrative and functional medicine clinics, concierge practices, women's health providers, performance medicine, and GLP-1/weight management programs, and drive recurring test volume through those partnerships.

The typical sales motion is consultative and education-led. Physicians in our target verticals are sophisticated buyers who don't respond to pressure. They respond to reps who understand the science, speak their language, and become a genuine resource for the practice. The sales cycle from first meeting to first order runs two to eight weeks depending on the practice type. Activation means a physician who has ordered, received results, discussed findings with their patient, and is ready to make Molecular You a standing protocol rather than a one-time test.

A realistic first-year target is 25 to 40 active clinic partners depending on region and density, with volume growth driven by deepening existing relationships as much as adding new ones.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect, sign, and activate physician clinic partners across your target verticals, with a focus on practices that will integrate Molecular You as a recurring protocol
  • Lead clinic education sessions with physicians and clinical staff, translating the biomarker platform into a clear patient conversation framework the practice can use independently
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, first meeting, proposal, onboarding, and ongoing account development
  • Maintain pipeline and activity in CRM, with weekly reporting against activation and volume targets
  • Feed market intelligence back to the commercial team on objections you're hearing, which verticals are moving fastest, and where pricing or positioning needs to evolve
  • Attend regional conferences and clinic-hosted patient events where relevant to your territory



What We're Looking For

Experience

  • 3+ years selling specialty diagnostics, advanced lab services, functional medicine products, or nutraceuticals directly into physician practices
  • Established relationships with named physicians and clinic contacts in your region, not a cold territory
  • Demonstrated success selling into at least two of our target verticals: longevity, integrative/functional medicine, concierge, women's health, performance medicine, or GLP-1/weight management
  • A track record of consultative selling to clinical buyers who need to be educated, not just convinced

Approach

  • Self-directed and field-oriented; you set your own schedule and hold yourself accountable to outcomes without needing daily management
  • Comfortable in a startup environment where the playbook is being written, your feedback shapes it, and ambiguity doesn't slow you down
  • Motivated by commission upside over base security; you want your earning tied to what you produce
  • Able to translate a complex scientific platform into a clinical value proposition that lands in a 20-minute physician meeting

Practically

  • Based in the target region with the ability to be in-market the majority of the week
  • CRM proficiency and disciplined pipeline hygiene
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred



Compensation

This is initially a contract position, with a monthly retainer of $2,500 and 10% of revenue for sales driven through your accounts. On-target earnings of $120,000 for a rep hitting quota in year one. Commission is uncapped.
