  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and standard business software

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6+ years of successful experience in a high-value sales or sales management role, preferably within the U.S. market
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic thinking and a proactive, “hunter” mentality
  • Strong decision-making skills, including the ability to operate effectively in uncertain or evolving environments
  • Collaborative leadership style with a strong customer focus

A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering—or equivalent technical experience—is preferred. Experience in industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries is a strong advantage.

A valid driver’s license is required.
