Our Pace Packaging Group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager – someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, dedicated to achieving not only company goals, but also personal goals. While your home base is remote, your territory will be Latin America and you’ll have the opportunity to engage with your prospects and existing clients approximately 80% of the time.

Does this work interest you?

  • Research and prospect for potential customers; develop new accounts from leads and prospecting efforts
  • Promote and sell Pace Packaging equipment, and help establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base; develop, maintain, and execute a Regional Account Plan
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and solutions
  • Partner with the Pace Packaging Sales Director to determine needs and priorities in the region; collaborate with marketing team to drive identified efforts

  • 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a sales or customer service capacity
  • 2 or 4 year technical degree or certification in engineering or similar field preferred
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is preferred but not required 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
