The Field Service Technician will travel to customer locations to install, maintain, and troubleshoot labeling machinery while providing technical support. They are also responsible for training customer operators and submitting detailed trip reports regarding service activities.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships and generating new business within the Western region to meet revenue goals. They will collaborate with engineering and project management teams to provide technical solutions and negotiate final sales agreements.

The Regional Sales Manager will research and prospect for new customers while developing and executing regional account plans to expand the customer base. They will also prepare sales proposals and collaborate with the Sales Director and marketing team to meet regional priorities.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new Drop Packer business opportunities for Serpa Packaging Solutions. This role requires active engagement in sales activities to drive growth within the specified machinery sector.
