For our International Team, we are looking for a professional to join our company as Regional Manager Western Europe & LATAM.

This role can be performed remotely within Western Europe, with a preference for candidates based in Spain or France.

The Regional Manager will lead the sustainable growth of our alcoholic beverages portfolio across selected distributor-led markets in the region with focus on Western European Markets & LATAM.

The role works in close partnership with distributor partners and key customers to define and execute commercial and marketing plans that build brand equity and deliver profitable growth over time.

The Regional Manager will collaborate closely with the International Trade marketing team and the wider international division, acting as a key interface between headquarters and local partners across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Own regional P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and distribution targets across the selected markets.

  • Manage existing distributor partners while identifying and developing new business opportunities in strategic channels and markets.

  • Lead the annual business planning cycle, distributor reviews, and QBRs, ensuring clear priorities, investment choices, and execution plans.

  • Drive best-in-class execution with operators and distributors, ensuring alignment on portfolio priorities, activation plans, pricing, and visibility standards.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, building long-term, value-based relationships and providing timely commercial guidance and support.

  • Monitor market performance through KPIs, sales analysis, and business reviews, translating insights into corrective actions and growth opportunities.

  • Define and manage pricing, promotional investments, and A&P spend in line with brand positioning and profitability objectives.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure excellent execution and sustainable business development.

  • Travel regularly across the region to support customer meetings, trade activations, airport and travel retail visits, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

  • Solid commercial experience within the spirits industry.

  • 7+ years of experience in international sales, key account management, or distributor management, with a strong commercial track record.

  • Proven experience managing both export and domestic markets.

  • Experience in route-to-market management through distributors and/or importers is highly preferred.

  • Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.

  • Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively across different cultures and business environments.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Candidates should be based in Western Europe and located within convenient access to a major international airport to support regular business travel across the region.

  • Frequent travel is required

What we offer:

  • Compensation for this position is expected to fall within a salary range of €70.000 to €80.000 gross annual base salary. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate’s professional background, skills, and level of experience, while ensuring internal equity and consistency.
