Job Summary

We are looking for a Regional Director, Materials Operations across Asia and EMEA, driving supply continuity, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and overall supply chain excellence. Partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and regional site teams to support business growth, customer commitments, and operational performance.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Lead regional materials operations, ensuring supply continuity and effective inventory management across Asia and EMEA sites.
• Drive inventory performance, including inventory targets, ITO improvement, FOL reviews, and materials-related KPIs.
• Support supply risk mitigation, shortage management, and CTB fulfillment to meet customer and business requirements.
• Partner with Procurement and Operations to improve supplier performance, localization strategies, lead-time reduction, and cost optimization.
• Establish and standardize materials governance processes, ensuring alignment across multiple sites and business units.
• Provide guidance and support to site materials teams, including training, best practice sharing, and operational reviews.
• Support new site launches, greenfield projects, expansions, and business ramp-up activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Experience We're Looking to Add to Our Team

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Materials Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of materials planning, inventory management, procurement, supplier management, and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with material planning systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.
